Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:• Infrastructure support in 24/7• Responsible for system install, configure and troubleshoot and administration in Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, 2003,2008 , DT – OS Windows XP, Vista, Redhat Linux , Mandrac etc• Should have hands on complete Desktop and Server support• Microsoft Exchange, SQL knowledge desired• Networking knowledge – Understanding of protocols Like TCP/IP,RIP and other routing protocol , should have hands on Switch , router configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco platform• Should be aware of Virtualization technology and VMWAARE knowledge is desired• Should be have good command over English, should posses the ability to talk to international usersCertifications : MSCE,CCNA, Linux, VMWARE certified
Desired Candidate ProfileGood communication skills. MCSE in windows 2003/2008 track Certifications : MSCE,CCNA, Linux, VMWARE certified
